My Merdeka Celebration
Spent most of my Merdeka Eve Night at Magma Karaoke in Damai with my colleagues. This time we all managed to control on our drinking, luckily.

After that, around 11.30pm we went downtown to go watch the fireworks at Padang Merdeka. But as we predicted, there were traffic jams everywhere!

We really got stuck near the Thien Thien Restaurant in town. It was already 12am. We got so fed up that we just left our car in the middle of the road and walked around to where we could see the fireworks. But I just couldn't get any pictures of the fireworks; my digicam worked too slow! Damn it.. Plus, the fireworks only lasted about 5 minutes! So disappointing.. Should've just stayed home and watch it from my balcony instead!

Well, that's about it. We got home around 1am. Overall, it was a very quiet Merdeka celebration this year..
