movies.. music.. personal thoughts.. they’re all here!

I finally made it to Mahua Waterfall here in Tambunan! And sure enough, the view was breathtaking! I was not disappointed at all!
The journey there was bumpy, with the road still gravelled. Being the impatient one, I kept on annoying my brother (who drove our Invader) with the famous question “Are we there yet?” for about 50 million times! LOL.. I was so relieved upon reaching the park that I practically jumped out of the car (while it was still moving!) and started taking pictures!

We had to pay RM3 per person.. well, when my brother told the park ranger my dad’s name, he told us that we could go in for free. But being the good citizens that we are (!), we just paid like everybody else! Heehee.. Only RM3 what!
Then we started our journey into the forest, to the waterfall itself. The trail was easy enough to follow.
I’ve only seen pictures of this place, and I thought it was beautiful then. I’m so happy that it looked even more beautiful in real life!

There are huts that you can use for picnics. One thing I didn’t get to do that time was bathe in the cold Mahua water! But never mind. I’ll surely do it next time! Maybe even camp there!
