Stress Level

Just took an online test to see what my stress level is, and OMG, it said that I am VERY stressed.. to the MAX! Not sure how accurate it is, though, but then again, I'm not that surprised, really.. I FEEL very stressed nowadays. I guess that has made me lose weight somehow. Which so many people are mentioning it to me now by the way, adding MORE stress to me! Argh! Am looking for ways to reduce 'em now. I gotta do something about this. It's making me feel moody and irritated all the time. Sux. I tend to think, speak slower than before now, I certainly have trouble remembering anything; my memory used to be super sharp that I could pick up anything and remember it for a long time. *Sigh..

Luckily my appendix is better now (I think). I didn't go for any operation, just ate the meds that the doctor gave me. I still feel it sometimes, but so far not too bad as before. I just hafta make sure I don't do any heavy exercises. No running/jogging for me! Boo!

My boo treated my sister and my bro in-law to Wagamama last night. Ate a lot. Again. Am desperately trying to gain weight now. Been eating just about anything. Anybody got anymore suggestions on how to gain weight? Anway, after dinner we headed over to Coffee Bean Damai for some latte and ice-blended drinks. Saw a few of my ex-schoolmates there as well as my colleague. And that's about it.

Gawd, I feel like going clubbing tonight..

26 June 2006

My weekend went by so quickly that I only managed to do a few things..

After work on Saturday my boo took me out for lunch at Wagamama, a Japanese restaurant at Lintas. We were surprised as the salmon there were even more fresh than the other branches(at Jalan Gaya & Recipe House at Damai) as well as other restaurants in town(correct me if I'm wrong!). Ate and ate sushis and sashimis and the set lunches like there's no tomorrow. Crazy.. Luckily my boo knows the manager there, and she gave discounts on the food.

Sister and family were already at the house by the time we reached home. Sharlaine is so big now! Moving around in her baby walker and and staring at everybody, prolly trying to take in the different surrounding now. Elaine is like her usual self, quite a chatterbox, her vocabulary expanding each time she comes back here.

My boo and I went to Inanam to buy some crabs on Sunday morning. He's been craving to cook 'em for a few weeks now. He cooked it for dinner last night; sweet and sour crab. Yummmmmy! No need for us to go to Luyang Restaurant anymore! Heehee!

Us siblings together with my boo and my bro in-law went to watch Tokyo Drift again last night after dinner, even though it was raining cats and dogs outside. Rained from 6pm until this morning.. But luckily there was no flood at my area though.. Anyway, back to the movie. Felt sad during the scene when Han died again. Sux. Hated all the other characters.

Akademi Fantasia 4 Concert

Finally watched the live concert on Saturday night. I think Velvet's performance is only so-so. Here it is:

But I was laughing throughout Zila's performance. I think you can see why here. Anyway, she got the boot, alrite.. Booted out, that is..

24 June 2006

The weekend is here yet again! My sister & family is coming to town from Brunei. Will be staying here for a week. Can't wait to see my nieces!

No plan for this weekend. Prolly just gonna hang out with my family and stuff. And maybe try to FINALLY catch the live show of the Akademi Fantasia concert tonight. I keep on missing it. I also missed the One In A Million show last night. Fell asleep very early. Was SO tired. Oh well.. Guess I'll hafta watch the reruns this Sunday.

Here's the video clip of Teriyaki Boyz - Tokyo Drift (Fast & Furious). Enjoy!

Proton Satria Neo's Handling Put to the Test

1.3cc:

1.6cc:

Met up with the Newlyweds and CT last night. Had dinner at Thien Thien. Ahmad and Yana brought a huge bag full of photo albums for us to see, that even the waitresses there couldn't resist but to also ask to look at the albums.

It's nice seeing my close friends settling down with the person they love. Kinda made me to wanna get hitched now too! But maybe I was only caught up in the moment. Things are a bit complicated for my boo and I to walk down the aisle right now. We don't wanna do it just because people around are pressuring us to do so. No way! We'd only do it WHEN we feel the time is right. We're confident of how we feel for each other, sure, but confidence alone won't make a marriage work. It's the other itty bitty details that we need to enhance and polish right now to further seal our feelings, just enough for us to start our lives together. Just the two of us.

Oh gosh. What am I saying.. *shake thoughts out of the head and continues with office work**

Movie Review: The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift

Went to watch it yesterday afternoon (turned out my boo came back on Saturday night instead of Sunday). I think this movie is the best one out of the 'Fast & the Furious' installments. Love the character Han. Read somewhere on the Net that somebody described Lucas Black's voice in this movie like Forrest Gump's voice. SO true! I can just imagine him saying "Hi I'm Forrest, Forrest GUuump." Loved the racing and drifting scenes. Overall: 2 thumbs up! Go watch it in the cinema AND buy the DVD.

Here's an audio clip from the soundtrack. It's from the Teriyaki Boyz, and song is called Tokyo Drift. Enjoy! (If you click on the play button, and nothing happens, then the daily account limit is reached. It's ok. Just try the next day. TQ!)

Father's Day Celebration

Had a simple dinner last night. I asked my boo to bring over his electric oven for me to try out. We cooked lambchop and my mom cooked steamed fish and some veggies. Everything was yummy!

The Reason Behind Britney's Messy Look During Dateline Interview

Watched it via YouTube last night. I must admit, she looked like a total mess. What was she thinking doing an important interview looking like that and chewing gum the whole time! Urgh.. I personally think she just made things worse than before. Poor her.. Anyway, this is why she looked like that during the interview.

Monopoly Game Comes to Life!

This would be interesting to watch.. [Source]

Proton Satria Neo

If you haven't already read the review of this car from Paul Tan's site, please do. Quite informative. And here's another review from AutoWorld.
