On Saturday night, BF and I finally tried the premium Italian ice-cream, Vedablu.

After having Bak Kut Teh at Jalan Gaya for dinner, we actually wanted to stop by at Tong Hing and check out some magazines, but I saw this small little store on the opposite of Sabah Tourism Center (the shop’s on the same row as Nishiki Restaurant) that’s full of people. So I asked BF to turned at the small roundabout to go and check it out.

This ice cream shop is so small that we had to wait for our turn outside. Once we reached inside, the different flavours of each ice-cream were so overwhelming, and I was saying to myself, if only I could taste the ice-creams first before I buy..

And as if the waiter had read my mind, he asked whether we would like to have a taste of the ice-creams before buying! How cool is that! Excellent customer service skills, they have! (That’s a plus in my book!) Also, the kids who were there kept on asking whether they could have a taste of each ice-cream flavours! If only I could do that as well! Heh..

We could either choose to have a milkshake, ice cream in a waffle basket, in a waffle cone, or in a paper cup. BF and I each chose paper cup, with a scoop of ice-cream.

I had Cookies and Cream and BF had Gianduia flavour. Mine was simply delicious! BF’s was too, but mine was much better. Ha! Noticed a lot of people chose the Green Tea flavoured ice-cream.. such a hit, that flavour.

When you buy their ice-creams, you will be given a stamp card. Once you have all 12 stamps, you can get a scoop of their ice-cream for free!

Lastly, I just LUV this Vedablu banner. Fruitilicious.. reminds me of Fergelicious.. hehe..

In the end, we were so satisfied with the ice-creams that we forgot to go to Tong Hing after that! LOL.
