Another Food Review
A client of mine asked me to visit her new restaurant located at downtown KK. So BF and I decided to go check it out and do a food + place review of it.

I've finally received my first ever moolah into my bank account today! Not much this time, only around RM4++. Would've gotten more if I hadn't bought my 2 handphones and my mp3 player, though!
But my point is, blogging does pay, people! You just need to:
- do your research -
on the Internet on how to cash out your Paypal moolah! Good luck!
Will have a lil' celebration tonight! Woohoo!!
BF had just test-driven a car just now, and has been bragging about it to me nonstop over the phone.
So our target to buy a Toyota Camry this year is now changed... to this:

Yup. A Honda Civic. Fingers crossed..

Did you know that one of the places to have a reasonably-priced chicken chop (or other types of steak) here in Kota Kinabalu is in Damai? You can try the JJ Western Food, located at the newer phase of Damai (at the Kedai Kopi Good Luck).
Here's the menu of the food served there:

Both BF and I ordered the chicken chop with mushroom sauce. In fact, everytime we come here, it would always be this dish, as we both just love the mushroom sauce! It's really good!

When we both looked at the dish, our first impressions were, ppfftttt.. this dish won't be fulfilling at all. But boy, were we wrong! At the end of the meal, we were both stuffed, surprisingly! So this is another example of the phrase: don't judge a book by its cover (or don't judge something solely by its looks)!
Overall, this place is a thumbs-up for its delicious chicken chop and reasonable price. You guys should give this place a try as well!
The news broke out over the weekend that in the latest issue of the popular US travel magazine, Global Traveler (GT) Magazine, Malaysia was named the best tourist destination on their 2006 Reader Poll! Woohoo! This is great boost to our local tourism industry as we are coincidently having our Visit Malaysia 2007 as well this year.
The magazine stated that Kuala Lumpur was found to be the best bargain place on the planet, and its readers just love Malaysia for its value for money destination. They only have to spend about US$260 (RM910) for a transportation, hotel room, meals, and entertainment.
To my local friends and families (and not forgetting readers!), tell you own friends and families to come visit our country this year! And to my international readers, why not make Malaysia your holiday destination this year?
