My very old dog, Spike is flying solo these days, after his partner-in-crime Bruno past away a week ago. It’s kinda sad to see him looking out of the gate (like he usually do when waiting for Bruno to come back from the vet quite a few times before), as if he’s waiting for Bruno to come back.

After listening to mom and bro’s unsuccessful attempts to bring Spike out for walks, I myself tried my luck yesterday, and to my surprise, we walked quite far from the house! I guess he’s comfortable to go out for walks with me, huh?

So I bought him a better leash this morning to hold on to whenever I bring him for walks, and I promised him that I’d bring him for daily walks in the evenings from now on.. since he doesn’t have the exercise time of chasing after Bruno anymore, he needs to continually have some sort of exercise, right?

Poor doggy. It’s obvious he’s so lonely…

Speaking of dogs, do you watch over your pets’ health? If you have cats or dogs, then you should give them Frontline now and again, as a preventative measure.. so that your pets won’t catch any fleas and ticks!
